I chose devotion in modern rock as my theme/genre. The reason why I picked devotion is because it is a part of everyone. Every person is devoted to something or someone. Also, every artist is devoted to their music; therefore every song itself is a product of devotion. I chose modern rock because it is generally brought. Also, I wanted to work with songs that I have a personal connection too, which makes it easier to analyze and interpret them.

Three Cheers for Five Years and MakeDamnSure are two of my absolute favorite songs of all time! They work with your theme really well. I also like Walk On Water Or Drown and Thunder, good job on your song choices!
